Our services include Practice Assessment, Project Management, Workflow Re-Design, Meaningful Use compliance, ICD-10 transition services, and a HIPAA Compliance tool, HIPAA Watchdog.com. Our services help you to be meaningful use, HIPAA security and ICD-10 compliant. We help you to keep all of your systems up-to-date and to achieve meaningful use attestation on an annual basis.

We are a fully certified NextGen Value Added Reseller (VAR) and specialize in providing complete Electronic Health Record and Electronic Practice Management (EHR and EPM) solutions for multi specialty and multi location groups.

We offer secure, encrypted messaging on our site, one complementary account per subscriber. The security documentation and policies and procedures that we generate for your organization are based entirely on the information you enter in the assessments. Only you as the account owner have access to download and print these documents.

What information do we gather?
When you visit our site and read our emails, our software automatically collects some information from your computer. This information includes the unique Internet address assigned to your computer, your Internet service provider, your browser type and version, and your operating system. It also collects email addresses from those who click on our newsletter emails. This information is used for marketing purposes, and you are given the option to unsubscribe from our emails with each email. We then remove your email address from our database.

When you enter your organization’s information into HIPAA Watchdog, you can be assured of complete privacy of information on HIPAA Watchdog. We offer secure, encrypted messaging on our site, one complementary account per subscriber. The security documentation and policies and procedures that we generate for your organization are based entirely on the information you enter in the assessments. Only you as the account owner have access to download and print these documents.

How do we use the information Collected? 
We collect information which you voluntarily submit to us. For example, if you ask for more information on our services, we may store and use the information you provide for marketing purposes. If you submit a technical question to us, we may store your question and we may contact you if we need clarification on the question. Also, we may post your question along with our answer on our site. However, we will not include your last name or email address if we post an answer to your question.

We may collect the information you voluntarily submit to us and use it for the purposes for which it was submitted. We may also use the information that you voluntarily submit to us in the following ways:

  • To provide you with information about our services;
